Im Auftrag eines international erfolgreichen Unternehmens mit Sitz in Düsseldorf suchen wir einen Compensation & Benefits Manager (gn*), der mit analytischem Tiefgang und strategischem Weitblick die Vergütungslandschaft der Zukunft mitgestalten möchte. Ihre MissionSie gestalten die Vergütungslandschaft von morgen: transparent, fair und zukunftsorientiert. Als Teil eines internationalen HR-Teams bringen Sie Ihre Expertise in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung innovativer Compensation-Strategien ein und sorgen dafür, dass das Unternehmen auch in Sachen Total Rewards Benchmark bleibt.Bei der Entwicklung von modernen Vergütungsstrukturen verbinden Sie Fairness, Transparenz und Wettbewerbsfähigkeit. Sie bringen Ihre Expertise in die Gestaltung von Compensation-Strategien ein und beraten Führungskräfte sowie HR Business Partner auf Augenhöhe.VoraussetzungenMust-HavesEinschlägige Erfahrung in einer dedizierten Compensation-Rolle oder als Berater*in mit Fokus auf VergütungsthemenFundierte Kenntnisse in: Vergütungsstruktur-DesignBenchmarking & MarktanalysenBonus-DesignAusgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und eine hands-on MentalitätNice-to-HavesErfahrung mit Pay Transparency & Equity-InitiativenKenntnisse in Job Architecture und VergütungsphilosophieKnow-how in Compensation Tools (z. B.
