Job Title: Python Backend Engineer - AI/Machine Learning Consultancy
Location: Kreuzberg, Berlin (Hybrid Work Model)
Salary 65k-78k

Role Overview:
As a Python Backend Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in developing backend services that drive AI innovation. Working closely with a dynamic team of Data Scientists and Machine Learning Engineers, you will contribute to building cutting-edge solutions for various large corporations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain backend services using Python.
- Collaborate with Data Scientists and Machine Learning Engineers to implement AI solutions.
- Contribute to the design and architecture of AI-driven applications.
- Embrace cloud technologies and CI/CD practices to enhance scalability and reliability.
- Gain experience in MLOps, ensuring smooth deployment and operation of machine learning models.
Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in Python and backend development.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- German language skills are a plus.
Work Environment:
- Hybrid work model: 2-3 days in the Kreuzberg office, with the flexibility to work remotely.
- Fully remote during the first month of every quarter.
- Collaborative and innovative atmosphere fostering continuous learning.
