They’re known for their open, collaborative culture and are now looking to expand their German project development team.The RoleAs a Project Developer, you’ll take full responsibility for the lifecycle of wind energy projects from early-stage development through to construction readiness.You’ll focus on advancing existing project opportunities and ensuring all key approvals and agreements are in place.Your main tasks will include:Managing project timelines and coordinating all necessary permitting processesBuilding and maintaining relationships with landowners, tenants, local authorities, and other stakeholdersLeading negotiations and concluding contracts with property owners and municipalitiesRepresenting the company in discussions with political and administrative decision-makersCollaborating closely with internal teams in legal, communications, and engineering to prepare documentation for permittingOverseeing external consultants and service providers involved in the development processYour ProfileWe’re looking for someone with a combination of technical, commercial, or environmental expertise and a genuine interest in renewable energy.You should bring:A degree or completed training in a relevant field such as Energy Technology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Urban or Regional Planning, or AgricultureAt least 2–3 years of professional experience in wind project development within GermanyStrong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to adapt to different stakeholdersIdeally, experience with tools such as windPRO or similar planning softwareFluency in German (C1+) and strong written communication skillsCompetence with MS Office and basic project management toolsA structured and analytical way of working, combined with team spirit and initiativeA valid driving licence and willingness to travel to project sites as neededWhat’s on OfferThe chance to directly contribute to the energy transitionA long-standing, financially stable company with over 20 years of renewable energy experienceA supportive team culture with short decision-making pathsFlexibility to work from home part of the weekPermanent employment contract with attractive remunerationProfessional development opportunities and external training supportAdditional benefits such as a public transport allowance or company bike schemeI look forward to receiving your application.
