As part of our strategic transformation journey, we are investing in large-scale capital and modernization projects to automate our ports, strengthen operational excellence and ensure sustainable growth across our terminals in Germany and Europe.Role OverviewThe Business Change Expert will play a key leadership role in driving and embedding transformational change across Eurogate’s German operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring that strategic business transformations, new technologies, and process optimizations are successfully delivered, adopted, and sustained in line with Eurogate’s long-term vision.The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in business transformation and change management within complex industrial or capital project environments, ideally in logistics, port operations, or heavy industry, and a proven track record of enabling organizations to achieve measurable performance and cultural change outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design, planning, and execution of change management strategies for major transformation and capital projects across Eurogate Germany.Partner with senior leadership, project teams, and operational units to align change initiatives with business objectives and operational realities.Conduct impact analyses and readiness assessments, identifying and managing key stakeholders, risks, and dependencies.Develop and implement structured communication, engagement, and training strategies to support organizational adoption and capability building.Establish and monitor key change metrics, ensuring measurable benefits realization and sustainable behavioral change.Coach and support managers and team leaders in driving change at all levels of the organization.Contribute to the continuous improvement of Eurogate’s transformation framework, tools, and methodologies.Qualifications & ExperienceMinimum of 5 years’ experience in business transformation and change management3 years of experience within industrial operations, logistics, or large-scale capital project environments.Proven experience managing change across complex, multi-site organizations with a diverse workforce.Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills across all organizational levels.Strategic thinker with a hands-on, pragmatic approach to delivering results in operational environments.Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken).Relevant academic background (e.g., Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Organizational Psychology, or related field).Professional certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, APMG, or equivalent) preferred.What We OfferThe opportunity to shape the future of one of Europe’s leading port and logistics networks.A dynamic and collaborative working environment with direct impact on Eurogate’s transformation journey.Competitive remuneration and benefits package.Professional development opportunities within an international group.
