Position Summary
The Artificial Intelligence & Computer Vision (AICV) group at the R&D center of Korro AI in Darmstadt is executing applied research and technology transfer projects. Our ventures encompass a broad spectrum of new technologies in the realms of Computer Vision, Artificial Intelligence, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Large Language Models (LLMs), providing a rich ground to transition ideas from conception to real-world applications.
We are currently looking for interns to support the work on exciting projects. The candidates should possess robust programming skills and a sound understanding of machine learning techniques. Familiarity with image processing, computer vision, deep learning, computer graphics, or NLP and LLM technologies is highly desirable. The candidate should have a solid interest in adapting state of the art algorithms for high-performance applications and impacting industry by working on actual projects.
The candidate will be guided during a 6-month internship and will get well-defined subtasks to solve/contribute. Regular progress meetings will sync the delivered work with the required outputs. A good working environment will be provided.

Requirements
- Good Python programming skills
- Background and degree in at least one of the following fields or related topics: artificial intelligence, computer vision, deep learning, image/signal processing, machine learning, large language models
- Prior experience with mobile development, C/C++, and relevant libraries (e.g. OpenCV, dLib, Tensorflow, Keras, etc.) is a plus
- Interest in working in an international team
