SAP SuccessFactors Lead Consultant for Talent Management

Role Overview: As the SAP SuccessFactors Lead Consultant for Talent Management, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through the implementation and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors solutions tailored to their talent management needs. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique requirements, design best-in-class solutions, and lead the implementation process from start to finish.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the subject matter expert in SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management modules, including but not limited to Performance Management, Learning Management, Succession & Development, and Compensation.
  • Partner with clients to assess their talent management processes and develop comprehensive strategies to drive organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
  • Lead configuration, customization, and testing activities to ensure the successful implementation and integration of SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants, fostering their professional growth and development within the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that exceed client expectations and drive measurable business outcomes.


Requirements:

  • Extensive experience (4+ years) in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and configuration, with a focus on Talent Management modules.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading end-to-end implementation projects, preferably within a consulting or professional services environment.
  • Strong understanding of talent management best practices and industry trends, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization.
  • Fluency in German (strong B2+), Fluent English is nice to have but not mandatory. In fact you can benefit from the onsite English/ German teacher who can support you in developing your language.
