OpportunityJob SummaryWe are looking for a Trainer
& Quality Coordinator to help our warehouse teams grow their
skills and ensure our daily operations run smoothly. In this role,
you will support training activities, help maintain high-quality
standards, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
across our contract logistics operations. This position is ideal
for someone who enjoys working with people, has a good eye for
detail, and wants to develop their career in logistics.Key
ResponsibilitiesTraining & DevelopmentDeliver onboarding and
basic operational training (safety, equipment handling, receiving,
picking, packing, inventory, shipping).Help create and update
training materials such as SOPs, work instructions, presentations,
and job aids.Maintain training records, certifications (e.g.,
forklift/MHE), and skill matrices.Support refresher training and
day-to-day coaching on warehouse processes.Provide feedback on
training effectiveness and suggest improvements.Quality
SupportAssist in monitoring quality standards based on customer and
internal requirements.Participate in internal checks on key
warehouse activities (order accuracy, labeling, scanning,
packaging).Support investigations of quality issues and help
document corrective actions.Help track key quality indicators such
as order accuracy, inventory accuracy, and damage rates.Compliance
& SafetyEnsure SOPs are kept updated and followed by the
team.Support safety training and compliance with local
regulations.Work with the HSE team to promote safe work
habits.Continuous ImprovementHelp identify improvement
opportunities in daily operations.Take part in customer meetings
and operational improvement discussions.Collaborate with
supervisors to optimize workflow and productivity.Support new
project launches and process changes.Required Skills &
Qualificationsdegree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or
equivalent experience (preferred but not mandatory).Some experience
in warehouse operations, logistics, or 3PL environment.Basic
understanding of logistics processes (receiving, picking, packing,
shipping, inventory).Interest or initial experience in training,
quality, or auditing activities.Good communication and presentation
skills.Familiarity with WMS systems is a plus.Curious, proactive,
and eager to learn.Preferred SkillsCertifications such as
Train-the-Trainer, ISO Auditor, or Lean Six Sigma (not
mandatory).Experience with MHE (forklifts, reach trucks) or safety
training is a plus.Experience working with customer KPIs or SLA
