SAP HCM/SuccessFactors (Superhero) Lead/ConsultantLocation: GermanyAre you an experienced SAP HCM/SuccessFactors professional who thrives in a consulting environment?We’re looking for SAP HCM/SuccessFactors Lead/Consultants to help grow our HCM/HR services team and help clients achieve smarter, more efficient operations through SAP S/4HANA. (Germany)Do you have the ambition to become a SAP Superhero?What you will do:Lead, mentor, collaborate and develop a high-performing team of SAP HCM/HR/SuccessFactors consultants.Deliver high-quality SAP HCM/SF solutions that drive real business value.Engage with clients through workshops and needs analyses to understand their goals.Design, configure, and implement SAP HCM/SF processes based on best practices.Support clients throughout their transformation journey from concept to go-live.Identify opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement.Contribute to pre-sales activities, proposals, and client presentations.Promote knowledge sharing and foster a culture of collaboration and learning.What you will bring:SAP HCM/SuccessFactors (S/4HANA) experience, including configuration and implementation.Proven experience working within consulting teams or strong ambition to take that step.Solid understanding of HCM/HR processes and SAP best practices.
