In connection with the growth of our Construction structures, we are seeking those interested in their career development in the position of:


PROJECT ADMINSTRATIVE SUPPORT (m/w/d)


Key responsibilities include:

  • Support the project manager and the team with administrative tasks
  • Documentation and management of employees’ working hours
  • Creation of reports and documentation related to working hours
  • Coordination of appointments and meetings
  • General office organization and administration
  • Manage and organize project documentation of the constructions site


Requirements:

  • Completed education in the administrative field
  • Experience in administrative support, ideally in a construction project environment
  • Very good good knowledge of employee time recording, preferably with electronic systems
  • Fluent communication skills in German, English is a plus
  • Proficiency in office software and data management tools with the focus on Excel
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Strong communication skills
