Deine Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Abhalten/Koordination/Administration von Schulungskursen für komplexe Systeme mit dem Schwerpunkt IT-Hardware und Software Administration
  • Entwicklung und Bereitstellung von Schulungskursen und Trainingsprogrammen im nationalen und internationalen Umfeld
  • Umfangreiche Analyse von Kunden- und Prozessoranforderungen (Trainingsbedarfsanalyse) und Generierung von Schulungsunterlagen
  • Zentraler Ansprechpartner für den Kunden in Bezug auf Kundenschulungen
Erforderliche Kenntnisse und Qualifikationen
  • Hochschulabschluss, oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in der Netzwerkadministration, Netzwerkintegration oder Softwareentwicklung
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Erfahrung als Trainer/-in im technischen Kontext
  • Hohe Reisebereitschaft
