They pride themselves on delivering tailor-made solutions that empower clients to achieve their production goals with precision and efficiency.


Role Overview: As the Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and fostering strategic partnerships with clients in the compounding industry. Leveraging your expertise and industry knowledge, you will identify new business opportunities, nurture existing relationships, and collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver innovative solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing customized solutions.
  • Identify emerging trends and market opportunities to drive product development and innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D and production, to ensure seamless execution and delivery of products.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the sales team, driving performance and fostering a culture of excellence.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles within the packaging industry or related sectors.
  • Deep understanding of masterbatches and compounds, with experience in BOPP films preferred.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results under pressure.
