My client specializes in creating cutting-edge solutions that transform industries and enhance user experiences. As a Lead Java Software Developer, you'll spearhead the development of the next-generation software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java development, a passion for innovation, and proven leadership abilities.


✅Responsibilities:

  • Architect robust and scalable Java applications that meet the company's technical requirements and standards.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
  • Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Conduct code reviews, performance optimizations, and debugging to ensure the stability and reliability of our software products.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in Java development, with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
  • Proven experience in leading software development teams and managing complex projects from inception to delivery.
  • Expertise in Java frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, and Apache Struts.
  • Have advanced German language skills (C1/C2)
