Anatomage Italy srl is looking for a Sales Representative in the medical education market, primarily dedicated to north and center Germany. The sales activity will be mainly addressed to universities and simulation centres, but also towards high schools, hospitals and other kinds of institutions in the country; this will lead to frequent business travels.

The individual will report in solid line to the Sales Director, Europe - Direct Markets.


Job responsibilities:

- analyses markets and plan sales activities accordingly,

- develops and implements individual territory sales programs,

- generates new leads and opportunities within territory,

- demonstrates products as requested: virtual and on site

- establishes and maintains effective customer relationships, advancing market presence and overall penetration,

- prepares and submits timely and accurate reports as required,

- reports on new competitive products or changes in existing products,

- attend industry’s trade shows and conferences,

- meet and exceeds annual performance standards and objectives,

-all other responsibilities as directed by management

-Domestic travels (assigned territories) are required up to 50% of the working time

-Travels across Europe will be required for conferences and business meetings (1-2 each Quarter)


Qualifications:

- fluent German language knowledge (C2 or mother-language),

- good level of English (C1)

- solid sales aptitude,

- a strong tech-aptitude,

- ability to work efficiently and effectively with minimal supervision,

- good organizational skills and a goal-oriented attitude,

-perseverance and an excellent inclination towards interpersonal interactions

The ideal candidate has a bachelor or master degree in an economy-related course with at least 3 years of experience in the sales field activities.

Preferable but not mandatory the knowledge of medical specialistic language.
