Product Manager / Project Manager Software Solutions | Public Sector | Berlin | up to 80k


My client is a Berlin-based consulting and software development company specializing in business process optimization and digital transformation. With over 25 years of experience, my client focuses on serving statutory health insurance companies and the public sector, offering individual consulting, software development projects, and specialized applications.


Your role involves:

  • Identifying customer needs, market requirements, legal aspects, and security considerations as critical features of our product solutions.
  • Collaborating with partners and customers to gather insights and feedback.
  • Influencing product strategy through participation in specialist groups.
  • Coordinating the product strategy with colleagues from the specialist and sales teams.
  • Acting as a product owner, leading process design and application development with the agile team.
  • Coordinating software development and collaborating with other departments.
  • Deriving change measures based on service processing findings.
  • Elaborating training and help concepts for employees and customers.


Requirements:

  • Degree in computer science, engineering, business informatics, or equivalent.
  • Experience translating customer requirements into successful product visions.
  • Demonstrable product management experience in a software development and consulting projects
  • Experience in healthcare or the public sector is a plus.
  • Experience in software installation, configuration, and support is desirable.
  • Proficiency in database development and web interfaces (REST, SOAP) is advantageous.
  • Basic knowledge of MSSQL/Oracle databases.
  • Fluent in German.
