My client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced BESS Project Manager to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee solar projects across multiple locations, ensuring adherence to budget and timeline requirements.
- Perform comprehensive budget tracking, forecasting, and management for assigned projects.
- Provide transparent reporting to the Construction Manager on project progress and challenges.
- Ensure project compliance with authorization requirements, technical standards, and applicable laws.
- Negotiate contracts with EPC contractors, subcontractors, and consultants.
- Supervise Site Managers during the construction phase.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the solar industry with increasing levels of responsibility.
- Experience with battery storage systems, PV projects, and power systems preferred.
- Knowledge of multidisciplinary construction activities and regulations.
- EU driving license required.
- Ability to align individual and team objectives with company goals.
- The German language is mandatory
