JobDescription

Yourtasks:

  1. Create and drive thetransformation of global finance processes with our internationalGlobal Solution Center (GSC) and variousstakeholders.
  2. Define the financial model forthe “OneGSC Target Picture,” including tools, platforms, anddashboards to track the projectfinancials.
  3. Create and manage effectivegovernance mechanisms, e.g., Steering Committees, deep dives,retrospectives, etc.
  4. Lead and track the projectprogress, interdependencies, risks, as well as decisionrequirements, and provide regular updates to GSC Leadership andMETRO AG board.
  5. Proactively identify and trackother METRO initiatives with influence on potential expansion forGSC.
  6. Coordinate with functional leaders toensure execution.
  7. Create and drive changemanagement and communication strategy for GSC transformation;design and deliver related workshops andevents.
Qualifications

MinimumRequirements:

  1. Degree inbusiness administration with a specialization inFinance.
  2. Solid financial background and 7+years experience in managing large-scale internationalprojects.
  3. Skills in Change Management andworkshop facilitation.
  4. Excellent communication,intercultural skills, and stakeholder managementabilities.
  5. Fluent inEnglish.
