ServiceNow Architect (m/f/d) - Shape the Future of IT Service Management

Your Mission:


As a ServiceNow Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of driving digital transformation. You'll collaborate with our clients to optimize their ITIL processes, design cutting-edge applications, and implement robust ServiceNow solutions. Your expertise will be instrumental in delivering exceptional customer experiences and boosting operational efficiency.


Your Role:


  • Expert Advisor: Leverage your deep understanding of ITIL / ITSM processes and ServiceNow modules to provide strategic guidance to our clients.
  • Solution Architect: Analyse client requirements, craft tailored solutions, and create impactful IT service management strategies.
  • Project Leader: Take ownership of projects, manage teams, and ensure successful delivery within budget and timeline constraints.
  • Relationship Builder: Foster strong client relationships through effective communication and collaboration.
  • Innovation Champion: Stay ahead of the curve by exploring new ServiceNow functionalities and emerging technologies.


Your Profile:


  • A university degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field, with a proven track record in IT consulting.
  • Hands-on experience in implementing, designing, and configuring IT solutions within the Enterprise Service Management and ITSM domain.
  • Previous Developer experience would be advantageous.
  • A natural-born communicator with exceptional presentation and workshop facilitation skills.
  • A passion for project management and a knack for delivering results.
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken. (minimum B2)
  • A team player with a growth mindset and a desire to make a difference.
