During the expansion process in Asian and European markets, Star Charge has received a huge investment from Schneider Electric and the Chinese CICC Capital’s sub-fund in September 2020. As a unicorn in digital energy industry, we started our expansion in Europe in 2020, and have been looking for talents to join us. Our European headquarter office is located in Raunheim, Germany.

We are looking for a motivated Project Coordinator to handle the main projects in the company, such as certification of our chargers. This position plays a crucial role in the team as it connects internal departments with external stakeholders, building Star Charge eco-system. We are looking for a candidate with a solution-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills, who is willing to work and grow in an international team spread across the globe.

Job Description:

• Create projects objectives, budgets and schedules.
• Monitor and document project progress and dashboard to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Regularly provide feedback on the projects’ development to the senior management.
• Independently handle techno-commercial data and ensure its correctness.
• Coordinated tasks and resources to guarantee the project is delivered according to plan.
• Closely cooperate with different departments to work on the project together.
• Assess risks and adjust mitigation actions, propose corrective actions, contribute to the optimization of working processes within the team.
• Motivate team members and other project stakeholders for transparent cooperation within the project framework.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, electrical engineering or related field.
• Minimum of two-year experience as a Project Manager, Project Coordinator or similar.
• Technical understanding and an ability to grapple with techno-commercial data.
• Very good written and verbal communication skills in English and German. Other European language such as Spanish, Italian or Chinese is a plus.
• Experience in the EV or Storage market is preferable.
• Structured and analytical approach to working tasks.
• Ability and willingness to travel across Europe.
• Driving licence, category B
• Ability to easily adapt to an intercultural working atmosphere.
