About CloudEatery:

CloudEatery is a fast-growing Food Tech scale-up specializing in the licensing of delivery food brands. Through our innovative technological platforms and automated processes, we empower professional kitchen operators—including restaurants, hotels, and canteens—to optimize their space utilization and increase profitability by leveraging our delivery brands.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy & Planning: Develop, implement, and manage data-driven performance marketing strategies across all digital channels (such as Google Ads, social media platforms, display networks, and email marketing).
  • Campaign Execution: Oversee the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns with a strong focus on driving conversions, maximizing order volume, and increasing brand visibility.
  • Budget Management: Take full ownership of partial marketing budget, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently and effectively across channels to generate the highest possible return on investment (ROI).
  • Performance Tracking & Optimization: Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance through detailed metrics and analytics. Identify opportunities for improvement and implement optimizations to enhance overall campaign efficiency and maximize results.
  • A/B Testing & Experimentation: Design and conduct A/B tests to optimize creative content, targeting, and other key aspects of marketing campaigns, using insights to guide strategy adjustments.
  • Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with sales, product, and creative teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives and product offerings.
  • Reporting & Insights: Provide regular performance reports to key stakeholders, highlighting successes, areas for improvement, and actionable insights to guide future campaigns.
  • Customer Acquisition: Focus on increasing customer acquisition and retention, utilizing innovative approaches to attract new users and engage existing ones.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on the latest industry trends, competitors, and tools to ensure CloudEatery’s marketing activities remain cutting-edge.


Your Profile:

  • Proven experience as a Performance Marketing Manager or in a similar role, ideally within the food tech, e-commerce, or SaaS industry.
  • Strong hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, and email marketing tools).
  • Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven mindset, able to draw insights from performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Proven ability to manage large marketing budgets and optimize spend for maximum performance and ROI.
  • Strong understanding of customer acquisition strategies, conversion rate optimization, and retention marketing.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluent in German, English.
