SAP Basis Consultant (m/w/d)

Location: Marienheide

Our Client is a globally recognized company with a strong tradition of innovation and excellence in manufacturing. To support the growth and optimization of their IT landscape, we are seeking a skilled SAP Basis Inhouse Consultant (m/w/d) to join our internal IT team.

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the technical operation of SAP infrastructure and databases.
• Ensure stable, reliable SAP system performance and resolve technical issues.
• Optimize system performance and support technical implementations, including migrations and upgrades.
• Expand on-premise and cloud operations (e.g., S/4HANA, SAP NetWeaver).
• Install and configure IBM Power systems (SLES15) and ensure ITIL-compliant documentation.

Your Profile:

• Background in IT (degree or equivalent training), lateral entrants welcome.
• 4+ years of experience in SAP Basis technologies and SAP HANA database administration.
• Experience in large SAP environments and motivation to learn new technologies (e.g., SAP Fiori, cloud solutions).
• Strong analytical and teamwork skills, with good English proficiency.
