Position: Working Student Intern - Sales & Business Development Team
Position Overview:
As a BD Intern, you help our Founder and Sales team in developing and optimizing our collaborations with B2B customers and partners. You will contribute to the evolution of our Sales & Business Development by bringing your knowledge and passion to support our go-to-market in the upcoming months:
- Conduct independent market research to identify, collect, manage, and analyse relevant trends and business opportunities
- Develop strategic approaches on how Wandel can leverage these opportunities
- Support in developing outbound strategies and creating compelling pitches for potential customers
- Support in developing convincing and educational marketing materials to generate demand
- Develop and execute initiatives designed to optimize the sales team efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate cross-functionally, supporting the team with external (clients, partners, etc.) and internal (product team, legal team, etc.) stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Enrolled student in Economics, Business Administration, Management, Finance or any similar study
- First practical experience related to Business Development, ideally in a start-up environment
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong analytical skills and a structured way of thinking
- Can-do mentality and ability to adapt in a fast paced environment
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales productivity tool
- Fluency in German and English is required
