Your Tasks
- Accompanying building application procedures for open-space PV systems and battery storage systems, supporting the implementation planning for planning content relevant to approval
- Processing service requests, awarding contracts, invoicing engineering and expert contracts for environmental planning and other approval-relevant specialist planning
- Communication with authorities, municipalities and contractors, content management of external offices
- Conception and creation of potential area analyses with Q-GIS for the planning of open-space PV systems and battery storage systems, creation of site plans
- Preparation of specialist reports and expert opinions in the field of species and nature conservation (e.g. biotope mapping, landscape analysis), if necessary, using specific species knowledge of the future
- Ideally preparation of building applications and urban development contracts and their coordination with the relevant stakeholders
- Preparation and evaluation of reports, compliance with deadlines and quality
Your Profile
- Studies in urban planning, spatial planning, Successfully completed landscape planning, geography, civil engineering or architecture or comparable qualifications
- Ideally, building permit authorization and in construction management
- Initial professional experience in the field of renewable energies desirable, ideally in the field of photovoltaics
- Experience in the field of environmental planning, species and nature conservation, regional planning, other specialist planning
- Good written and oral communication skills, good knowledge of German and English as well as skills in writing reports
- Knowledge of current case law on environmental and planning law
- Knowledge of the approval processes for the implementation of renewable energies (building application, development planning, BImSchG procedure), ideally experience with open-space PV
- Good knowledge of Q-GIS
- Highly structured, largely independent and conscientious as well as goal- and result-oriented way of working
- Routine use of common MS Office applications
- Very good knowledge of German and at least good knowledge of English
