Our team has developed a biologically-inspired and proprietary audio processing technology that knows how well you hear in order to personalize your listening experience and prevent hearing damage.
To help us bring amazing hearing technology to more people around the world, we are looking for a Senior Audio AI Engineer
WHAT YOU WILL DO
As our Senior Audio AI Engineer, you will...
- Lay the groundwork to enable an end-to-end Machine Learning Lifecycle focused on:
- ML Engineering: Adapt, train, and fine-tune state-of-the-art (SoTA) models for real-time audio use-cases
- MLOps: Prepare datasets and set up training infrastructure
- Understand the requirements in embedded environments and perceptually relevant aspects, such as perceptual loss functions and metrics
- Optimize models for different product use cases, including pruning, quantization, and other techniques
- Prepare models for deployment by the integration engineers
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- Significant experience with real-time audio models
- Experience with tinyML tools and methods
- Proficiency in PyTorch or TensorFlow
- Experience with TensorFlow Lite Micro Runtime
- Experience with creating high-quality audio datasets
- Up-to-date knowledge of research and industry trends
- High levels of self-motivation and ownership, proactively identifying problems, suggesting solutions, and effectively collaborating with others to achieve both team and company goals
- Effective communication skills to convey complex ideas through written and verbal communication
