Was Dich bei uns erwartet:
  • Umschwung begleiten: Weiterentwicklung unseres Produkts mateo in Richtung Cloud, KI und Co.
  • Agile Softwareentwicklung: Im Sparring mit dem Product Owner und im Team realisierst du marktorientiert neue Funktionsbausteine und verbesserst unser Produkt.
  • Mehr als Konzeptionist:in: Wir implementieren die Software selbst – im Schwerpunkt mit dem Java- & Spring-Stack.
  • Immer am Puls der Zeit: Als Produktentwickler kannst du in unserem F&E-Bereich neueste Technologien erproben und vorantreiben, die heute schon das Morgen denken.
  • Anspruchsvolle Kundenprojekte: Du begleitest Projekte im Umfeld von mateo in unterschiedlichen Rollen. Ob 3rd Level Support oder technische Beratung – wir finden gemeinsam genau die Rolle, die am besten zu dir passt.
Was Dich ausmacht:
  • Gute Kenntnisse und (erste) Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung bringst du mit, idealerweise im Java-Enterprise-Stack.
  • Sowohl Datenbanken als auch Frontend-Technologien schrecken dich nicht ab.
  • Begeisterung und Neugierde für Neues – egal ob Mensch, Fachlichkeit oder Technologie.
  • Beherrschung der deutschen Sprache in Wort und Schrift.
  • Die Flexibilität, bei Bedarf auch bei unseren Kunden vor Ort wirksam zu werden.
