- Eigenverantwortliche Leitung des Mountain Shops
- Verantwortung für Umsatz, Ergebnis sowie das Image unserer Marken
- Steuerung und Optimierung der Warenwirtschaft
- Aktionsplanung und Umsetzung von Marketing- und Promotionsaktivitäten
- Verkauf und Beratung
- Teamlead, operative Planung und Orgisation inkl. Personalplanung- und Motivation
- Erfahrung im Einzelhandel oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erste Erfahrungen als Store Manager oder in einer ähnlichen Position
- Führungserfahrung wünschenswert
- Organisationstalent mit Hands-On-Mentalität
- Eigenständige Arbeitsweise
- MS-Office ist dir bekannt
