SAP Analytics ConsultantPermanent roleup to €85,000 + bonusDifferent office locations around GermanyGerman C1+ mandatoryYour RoleBusiness & Requirements ConsultingEngage with customers to analyze business requirements and translate them into actionable technical concepts.Act as a trusted advisor in BI and Analytics topics throughout project lifecycles.Solution & System ArchitectureDesign robust system architectures for customized SAP Analytics solutions, with a strong focus on SAP BW/4HANA and S/4HANA.Conduct technical assessments to ensure scalable, high-performance analytics landscapes.Data Modeling & IntegrationDevelop and implement data models as well as efficient ETL pipelines using SAP BW extractors, SAP HANA views, and CDS views.Ensure data quality, consistency, and alignment with business needs.Project & Team LeadershipDepending on experience and ambition, take on responsibility for managing projects, workstreams, or small delivery teams.Support in planning, controlling, and successfully executing implementation projects.Business Development SupportContribute to presales activities, including preparing proposals, supporting tenders, and helping to win new clients.Workshops & EnablementPrepare and deliver workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-transfer activities.Participate in designing and implementing reporting solutions using tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) or Analysis for Office (AfO).Your ProfileBackground & ExperienceUniversity degree or equivalent qualification.Minimum of four years of professional experience in the SAP BI & Analytics domain, specializing in architecture, data modeling/ETL, or frontend analytics.Technical SkillsHands-on programming experience, ideally with HANA SQLScript, ABAP, and/or SAPUI5.Strong understanding of SAP data structures, integration concepts, and reporting tools.Work Approach & Soft SkillsStructured, analytical, and results-driven mindset.Strong communication skills and a reliable, proactive working style.Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.Language SkillsVery good command of written and spoken German
