Investor-backed B2B Services Firm, Transformation Manager, Frankfurt, Germany

We are working with a leading B2B services firm which is now seeking to hire a Manager into their growing transformation team in Frankfurt. The firm is backed by a major international investor with offices across several European countries.
Our client is looking for a Transformation Manager who will take on a pivotal role within the company, working closely with the firm's senior management and the investor. This individual will be responsible for overseeing and managing the firm's cross-functional transformation projects from inception to completion. This is a great opportunity for an individual with experience in consulting who wants to take the next step and develop their career within an investor-backed environment. What the job involves
- Manage junior team members for coverage of initiatives and work closely with further cross functional specialists to drive business outcomes
- Collaborate and align with the leadership of the firm to define and implement initiatives; work closely with Finance/ Controlling to ensure appropriate tracking of initiative progress
- Analyse performance metrics to measure the impact of transformation efforts and identify areas for improvement
- Define, oversee and manage cross-functional transformation projects from inception to completion by defining and tracking KPIs
- Lead change-management efforts to support employees through transitions, ensuring a smooth adoption of new processes and approaches
- Willingness to work in Frankfurt with further travel required
- Previous experience in a leading management consulting company with experience as project/ team leader
- Preference for transformation experience, ideally in the context of private equity portfolio companies
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others
- Solution-oriented and independent way of working with exceptional analytical skills and data-driven approach
- Native-level German and fluent English skills are required
