Information Security Officer / ISO (m/w/d)

Als Information Security Officer / ISO
  • wirkst du als Vertretung des Group CISO aktiv an der Umsetzung der Informationssicherheitsstrategie mit.
  • führst du die relevanten Informationssicherheitskontrollen durch und unterstützt erfolgreich bei den Rezertifizierungen der ISO 27001 sowie anderer Standards.
  • aktualisierst du regelmäßig das ISMS inklusive des IT Risikomanagements unter Berücksichtigung der Vorgaben des Gesetzgebers und der internen Vorgaben.
  • erfasst, analysierst, bewertest und berichtest du von Informationssicherheitsrisiken (beispielsweise in Projekten oder bei Beschaffungen) und -vorfällen und sensibilisierst unsere jeweiligen Zielgruppen für die Informationssicherheit.
  • erarbeitest du, setzt du um und verfolgst du Maßnahmen zum IT Risikomanagement und der Vermeidung von Sicherheitsvorfällen, orientiert an der ISO 27001 inklusive der Bearbeitung von Richtlinien, Prozessen, Kennzahlen und Berichten.
  • unterstützt du bei der Fortschreibung des Business Continuity Managements (BCM) bzgl. der Informationssicherheitsbelange.
  • obliegt dir die Nachverfolgung von Aufgaben im Kontext des Informationssicherheitsmanagements aus Prüfungen, Kontrollhandlungen, Soll-Ist-Analysen und Informationssicherheitsvorfällen.
Das bringst du mit
  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik oder Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen IT Sicherheit und idealerweise auch IT Infrastruktur, insbesondere hinsichtlich der gesetzlichen Grundlagen der Informationssicherheit, der Sicherheit von Cloud Anwendungen sowie der Netzwerk- und Applikationssicherheit, gerne auch als Werkstudent
  • Kenntnisse über die ISO 27001 nativ und/oder auf Basis des BSI IT-Grundschutz
  • Die Fähigkeit adressatengerecht über alle Hierarchieebenen hinweg zu kommunizieren
  • Ein Gespür für unterschiedliche Situationen und Menschen, auf die du dich gut einstellen kannst
  • Du gehst Aufgaben zielorientiert und eigeninitiativ an und behältst die Prioritäten im Blick, auch wenn vielfältige Anforderungen gleichzeitig bestehen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- (C1) und Englischkenntnisse (C1) in Wort und Schrift
  • Anlassbezogene Reisebereitschaft (in der Einarbeitung circa einmal wöchentlich Anwesenheit am Standort Dortmund)
