Grow a multi-faceted Data Analytics unit within analready established Media Agency inDusseldorf.

You will join a team of 40 staff andbe responsible for leading all client relationships & solutiondevelopment from a Data Analytics perspective. Business is around50% ATL, 50% BTL.

Initially, you will still needto be a hands-on modeller & coder, but the team will grow to atleast 10 over the next 24 months, allowing this role to transitionto one of mostly team leadership, strategy & clientmanagement.

The role will report directly intothe Country MD of this established global mediaagency.

First 12months:
  • Key participant in newbusiness wins, establishing Data Analyticsproposition.
  • 2-3 key hires made for theteam.
  • The Analytics Director to have embeddedthemselves with the company's keyclients.
  • Develop new propositions &offerings for DataAnalytics.
Analytics DirectorExperience:
  • Significant commercialexperience running Data Analytics projects inMedia.
  • Proficient in SQL, Python, R (You’llhave a technically proficient background).
  • Teammanagement and growth experience.
  • If you’veworked for an Agency or Services business and been involved withwinning business or pitches through Data Analytics offerings, thatis highly desirable.
  • You’ll likely have aquantitative academic track record (Economics, Maths, Stats,etc.).
