Application Consultant HRIT

We are partnering with an Organisation in the manufacturing sector to hire an Application Consultant HRIT with good knowledge in SAP SuccessFactors or SAP HCM. The position will help drive the further development of our HR application, collecting, analyzing, and implementing departmental requirements to enhance system performance and user experience. We are looking for someone with at least 2/3+ years of Digital HR Experience.Please read on for more details. Compensation: up to 75,000 EUR Key Responsibilities:System Management: Oversee the HR system landscape, including implementations, release and administration management, interface management, data migrations, and imports. Provide technical support and expertise to internal stakeholders.Drive continuous HR-Digital Projects and topics along with your colleaguesProject Involvement: Contribute to both local and global projects, supporting the department in its ongoing digital transformation initiatives.Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary contact for external IT service providers, facilitating effective communication between internal departments and partners to ensure alignment and smooth collaboration.Required Experience:Education:Completed degree or vocational training in (Business) Informatics, Human Resources Management, or a related field.Technical Expertise:Solid knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors EC/EC Payroll, SAP HCM, or payroll processes in general.
