As part of our dynamic team, you’ll gain valuable experience while contributing to impactful global initiatives. What you can expect In your role, you will work closely with the global C&P Strategy and Talent Management Ttam with various projects and initiatives. You will actively contribute to the setup and roll-out of our global initiatives. You will prepare internal and external communication materials for various channels, such as the intranet, employee app, and social media. You will assist in preparing and coordinating events, such as the global Culture & People conference. You will collaborate closely with global and local stakeholders, including our Culture & People colleagues in various countries. Who we are looking for You are a registered student in the field of business administration, communications, human resources, or psychology. You have initial work experience, preferably in the HR field. You enjoy communicating across various channels and target groups. You have an entrepreneurial mindset, work independently, and enjoy implementing your ideas. You are confident in using MS Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel). You are fluent in English, both written and spoken, German is a plus.
