Das bewegst du:

Als Senior Consultant Client Service (Mensch) verantwortest du die Kundenbetreuung und entwickelst zielgruppenspezifische Markenstrategien für unseren Kunden aus der Pharmaindustrie. Darüber hinaus übernimmst du folgende Aufgaben:

  • Eigenständig skizzierst du die zentralen Bausteine für nachhaltige Mediapläne und stimmst dich mit den anderen Units ab
  • Du überwachst und steuerst das Kundenbudget für Medienkäufe und -kampagnen
  • Du baust eine nachhaltige Beziehung zum Kunden auf und pflegst diese, indem du Vorträge hältst, die den Kunden abholen und Einblick in den Stand der Kampagne geben
  • Den Wettbewerb hast du im Blick, identifizierst umfassende Wachstumsmöglichkeiten und förderst Trend- sowie Fokusthemen
  • Du organisierst und führst Workshops und Schulungen für jüngere Teammitglieder:innen durch
