Prozessoptimierung und Schnittstellenkoordination zu anderen Konzernabteilungen und stakeholdernZusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern zur Bedarfsplanung und ManagementKontinuierliche Analyse von Daten zur Ableitung strategischer Maßnahmen und OptimierungsansätzenUnterstützung bei der Umsetzung von Talentstrategien & interner MobilitätMitwirkung bei der Einhaltung und Weiterentwicklung von Operational ExcellenceDein ProfilAbgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft, Projektmanagement, HR, oder vergleichbarMehrjährige Erfahrung im HR-Projektmanagement, idealerweise mit Fokus auf Talent Acquisition und Workforce Strategy, Digitalisierungs- und TransformationsthemenSehr gute Kenntnisse in Reporting, Controlling und Datenanalyse mit den gängigen toolsAusgeprägte Kommunikations- und OrganisationsfähigkeitenFließende Deutschkenntnisse sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (B2/C1) in Wort und SchriftErfahrung im Umgang mit HR-Systemen und Tools (z.B.
