Was Sie erwartet

  • Entwicklung und Optimierung unserer BSI Customer Suite mit den Komponenten CRM, CX und EIP
  • Unterstützung bei der Bündelung und Harmonisierung von Anforderungen inkl. Aufwands- und Implementierungszeitschätzungen
  • Erstellung und Erarbeitung von Konzepten zur Erzielung nachhaltiger technischer Lösungen und vorantreiben der Weiterentwicklung integrativer Komponenten
  • Sicherstellung einer nachhaltigen stabilen Qualität in den Entwicklungsprozessen
  • Konzeption und Entwicklung von Schnittstellen zu Drittsystemen (SQL, REST API, etc.) in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den verantwortlichen KollegInnen

Was Sie mitbringen

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik oder eine Ausbildung in der Anwendungsentwicklung, idealerweise im Java-Umfeld
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Implementierung und Customizing von CRM-Systemen
  • Ausgeprägte Kenntnisse im Datenbankmanagement und in der Datenanalyse
  • Idealerweise praktische Erfahrungen in Ihrem ausgewählten Themengebiet
  • Analytische, eigenverantwortliche und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Entscheidungsfreudigkeit
