Unser Kunde ist ein führender B2B-Telekommunikationsanbieter in NRW, der mit innovativen Lösungen für Geschäftskunden bundesweit erfolgreich ist. Im Zuge der digitalen Transformation werden Einkauf & Logistik zusammengeführt und zukunftsorientiert aufgestellt. Zur Leitung des Bereichs suchen wir eine fachlich erfahrene und prozessual umsetzungsstarke Führungspersönlichkeit als Director Procurement & Supply Chain (m/w/d).


Ihre Aufgaben konkret:

  • Verantwortung für die Organisation, Steuerung und Optimierung der Procurement- und Supply Chain Prozesse
  • Steuerung des strategischen und operativen Einkaufs, effizienter Bestell- und Logistikprozesse sowie Aufbau werthaltiger Partnerschaften
  • Begleitung und Leitung von Ausschreibungsprozessen für Materialien und Logistikpartner
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Compliance- und Nachhaltigkeitsstandards
  • Platzierung und Begleitung von Anforderungen in SAP und weiteren IT-Systemen
  • Entwicklung, Überwachung und Analyse von KPIs
  • Führung, Ausbau und Weiterentwicklung eines dynamischen Procurement- und Supply Chain Teams


Was bringen Sie mit?

  • Eine in Einkauf und/oder Logistik operativ und strategisch erfahrene Führungspersönlichkeit mit der Fähigkeit, Prozesse schnell und effizient zu gestalten, idealerweise bei einem IT-Dienstleister, ITK-Unternehmen, o.ä.
  • Erfahrung in Aufbau/Optimierung der Supply Chain, u.a. Einkaufs- und Logistikstrategien
  • Kooperativer wertschätzender Führungsstil, idealerweise Transformationserfahrung
  • Hervorragende Verhandlungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in ERP-Systemen und Supply-Chain-Management-Software
  • Erfolgreicher Studienabschluss, z.B. Betriebswirtschaft, Ingenieurwesen, Logistik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
