Deine Aufgaben Als Teil unseres Teams bist Du in folgenden Schlüsselbereichen aktiv: CRM-Management & Salesforce: Du analysierst, gestaltest und implementierst Lösungen im CRM-Umfeld, mit Fokus auf die Automatisierung und Erweiterung der Salesforce-Plattform. Business Process Excellence: Du erfasst, modellierst und optimierst komplexe Geschäftsprozesse unserer Kunden zur Steigerung von Effizienz und Wertschöpfung. E2E-Integration: Du integrierst Prozesse über gesamte Systemlandschaften hinweg. Zukunftstechnologien: Du wendest aktiv Konzepte der Künstlichen Intelligenz (KI) an, um neue, smarte Lösungen für Kunden zu entwickeln. Datengetriebene Beratung: Du nutzt Datenanalyse, um fundierte Empfehlungen für die strategische Ausrichtung abzuleiten und sicherst dabei höchste Datenqualität. Das bringst Du mit Wir suchen engagierte Talente mit starker technischer Basis und schneller Lernbereitschaft: Ausbildung: Du hast Dein Studium in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik oder BWL mit IT-/Digitalisierungsfokus erfolgreich abgeschlossen. Prozessverständnis: Du hast ein gutes Verständnis für Geschäftsprozesse und kannst diese kritisch hinterfragen und dokumentieren. CRM-Kenntnisse: Du bringst erste Erfahrungen mit CRM-Systemen mit, idealerweise mit Salesforce (z.B. durch Projekte, Zertifikate oder Praktika). Erfahrung in Beratungsprojekten: Erfahrung mit projektbasiertem Arbeiten und der Stakeholder-Interaktion, in klassischen Beratungsprojekten. Dich zeichnen außerdem starke Kommunikation, analytisches Denken, hohe Lernmotivation und Teamfähigkeit aus.
