Recognized as a leader in the design and manufacturing of advanced cable systems and services, supporting critical infrastructure across four key areas: Power Transmission, Power Grid, Power Connectivity, and Industrial Solutions.This organization was the first in its industry to establish a dedicated foundation promoting sustainable initiatives, including programs that bring access to energy to underserved communities worldwide.If you’re passionate about innovation and sustainability, this is your opportunity to contribute to projects that power the world.Key ResponsibilitiesSite Assessment & PlanningSurvey cable installation routes (land-based projects).Identify obstacles, bends, and calculate pulling tensions.Ensure compliance with engineering standards and safety protocols.Cable Pulling SupervisionOversee cable pulling operations to prevent damage to cables.Monitor pulling forces and bending radii according to technical guidelines.Ensure correct use of pulling heads, grips, rollers, and lubricants.Technical CalculationsCalculate permissible pulling tension based on conductor size and material.Apply formulas for straight sections and bends to avoid exceeding stress limits.Quality & Safety ComplianceVerify installation meets project specifications and industry standards.Implement HSE measures during cable laying operations.Documentation & ReportingMaintain records of cable lengths, pulling forces, and installation conditions.Report deviations or risks to project managers.Requirements:Experience:Proven experience with high-voltage cable installation and cable pulling.Background in large construction projects, ideally involving high-voltage cables.Onshore cable project experience is essential; offshore or fiber optic experience is acceptable but not preferred.Skills:Ability to work independently and manage tasks autonomously on-site.German language proficiency (must be able to communicate effectively on-site; fluency not required but clear communication is essential).Other:Must have a valid driving license and own vehicle for travel between sites.Availability to work Monday to Friday on-site, with flexibility for occasional weekends or late activities.Daily rate will cover all costs (travel, accommodation, etc.).Additional InformationStart Date: ImmediateLocation: Northeast GermanyDuration: Project-based contract
