Tasks

• As an ITSM process manager, you are responsible for managing, monitoring and optimizing the group-wide ITSM processes (change and release management)
• You create concepts for new or optimized process alignment to ensure optimal technical support and increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the processes
• You will also be responsible for project management. This includes managing projects, developing concepts and coordinating and implementing specifications
• You will be responsible for creating and evaluating reports and key figures for management
• You will also be responsible for cross-functional consulting for key performers in IT and all areas of the company

Requirements

• You have a degree in computer science or a comparable qualification and ITIL certification. In addition, you have already gained experience in project management and obtained a corresponding certification
• You have several years of expertise in ITSM and ITIL processes
• You convince with your conceptual thinking and your high level of comprehension
• You are also able to solve problems effectively using your strong communication skills. You are reliable and demonstrate a high level of customer and service orientation. You also have the ability to present your opinions and ideas convincingly and implement them successfully
