Project Support Officer - Facilities

Location: Frankfurt, Germany - on site a minimum of 3 days per week

Contract Length: Minimum of 6 months

Hourly Rate: €30 - €50 (dependant on experience)

Our client is a globally recognised Technology Manufacturer, with their European Head Office in Frankfurt Germany.

As the business expands and evolves, they are relocating to a new Head Office in the North East of Frankfurt, and require an experienced Office Management Assistant to support their HR and Operations teams with a wide range of tasks ahead of, and throughout the move.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage general administrative tasks, including office maintenance, supply management, and record keeping.
  • Coordinate and support office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, email, and phone calls, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
  • Maintain and update company records, databases, and filing systems with accurate information.
  • Advise with office budgets and expenditures, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to budgetary constraints.
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and manage related documentation.
  • Provide general support to executives and other departments as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is desirable.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or office management role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude, professional demeanour, and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Knowledge of office management procedures and basic accounting principles is a plus.
