Boost Collectibles Promotions ist verantwortlich für die Entwicklung und Durchführung von Handelsmarketingkampagnen und Treueaktionen für namenhafte Einzelhändler, insbesondere im internationalen Lebensmitteleinzelhandel.

Deine Aufgaben bei uns


  • Begeistere unsere Kunden: Du entwickelst überzeugende Kundenpräsentationen auf höchstem Niveau
  • Du entwickelst kreative Konzeptideen und setzt diese in Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Agenturen in Loyalty Konzepte um
  • Du liebst Storytelling aber verstehst es komplexe Sachverhalte komprimiert als Management Summary wiederzugeben
  • Gemeinsam mit Sales präsentierst du eloquent, auf den Punkt und überzeugend bei unseren internationalen Kunden
  • Sales Support: Du unterstützt unseren Vertrieb proaktiv bei Preiskalkulationen, Produktentwicklungen und Kundenevents
  • Du koordinierst funktions- und abteilungsübergreifende internationale Teams, die für die unterschiedlichen Aspekte des Projekts, wie Konzept und Design, Beschaffung, Qualität, Finanzen, Supply Chain und Logistik, zuständig sind
  • Steuerung und Durchführung von Kampagnen: Du bist verantwortlich für die Erstellung und Einhaltung der Projektplanung, die Pflege des Cashflows, sowie das Einholen von Freigaben beim Kunden, bei Dienstleistern und internen Fachabteilungen


Dein Profil


  • Du verstehst Kundenbedürfnisse, hast ein Gespür für Trends und Innovationen und bist in der Lage, Loyalty Konzepte zu entwickeln
  • Du liebst es, Kundenpräsentationen vorzubereiten und diese gemeinsam mit dem Vertrieb zu pitchen. Dabei denkst du dich in komplexe Sachverhalte ein, bringst diese textlich auf den Punkt, erstellst die Storyline in PowerPoint und erschaffst in Zusammenarbeit mit unserer Kreativabteilung überzeugende Präsentationen
  • Du bist ein Generalist mit starken Marketing- und Projektmanagementfähigkeiten, zeigst Eigenverantwortung, bist belastbar und lösungsorientiert. Proaktiv erarbeitest du Möglichkeiten und gibst Empfehlungen zur Lösung von Herausforderungen und Risikominimierung
  • Idealerweise hast du bereits in einer kreativen Marketing- oder Werbeagentur gearbeitet, verfügst über umfassende Kenntnisse aller Marketingkanäle und weißt, wie man diese zur Erstellung wirkungsvoller Kampagnen nutzt
  • Du verfügst über fortgeschrittene Power-Point-Kenntnisse, weitere Präsentations- und Kreativtools sind von Vorteil
  • Du hast mindestens einen erfolgreich abgeschlossenen Bachelorabschluss im betriebswirtschaftlichen Bereich oder einen vergleichbaren Abschluss
  • Du hast mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Project Management, bevorzugt in einem internationalen Umfeld
  • Du bist in der Lage, mehrere Kunden/Projekte und Teams zeitgleich zu koordinieren
  • Du bist deutscher/schweizerischer Muttersprachler und sprichst und schreibst Englisch fließend und fehlerfrei. Unternehmenssprache ist Englisch.
  • Du bist ein wahres Kommunikationstalent – sowohl in der mündlichen und schriftlichen Kommunikation als auch in Präsentationen
  • Du bringst die Bereitschaft mit, innerhalb Europas zu reisen
  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Lizenzgebern und dem (Lebensmittel-) Einzelhandel ist ein zusätzlicher Vorteil
