Head of IT Procurement (w/m/d)

Der ADAC ist immer in Bewegung und da, um zu helfen - dabei decken wir die unterschiedlichsten Bereiche ab, wie z.B.: Versicherungen, Reisen und medizinische Unterstützung, rechtliche Beratung, Digitalisierung, klassische Pannenhilfe oder die Luftrettung. Wir sind da.
Ihre Aufgaben

Sie verantworten die Leitung und strategische Weiterentwicklung des Bereichs IT-Einkauf mit direkter Berichtslinie an den Ressortleiter Zentraleinkauf.
Sie übernehmen die disziplinarische und fachliche Führung des Bereichs mit aktuell sieben Mitarbeitenden.
Mit der Erarbeitung und Umsetzung einer zukunftsgerichteten Strategie für den IT-Einkauf leisten Sie mit Ihrem Team einen wesentlichen Beitrag zur dauerhaften Leistungsfähigkeit der IT im ADAC und zur Realisierung von Wertbeiträgen.
Sie stellen belastbare Arbeitsbeziehungen zu internen Kunden und Lieferanten sicher und begleiten ausgesuchte Beschaffungsvorhaben.
Durch kontinuierliche Marktbeobachtung und enge Vernetzung mit Impulsgebern erkennen Sie Chancen und Herausforderungen im IT-Einkauf proaktiv, leiten Handlungsbedarfe ab und stellen deren Umsetzung sicher.
Sie sorgen für ein leistungsorientiertes Arbeitsumfeld, entwickeln das Team und die Arbeitsweisen kontinuierlich weiter und begleiten Veränderungsprozesse.


Ihr Profil

Sie haben ein Hochschulstudium, bevorzugt der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
Mit mindestens sieben Jahren Erfahrung im strategischen Einkauf von IT-Warengruppen sichern Sie die notwendige Akzeptanz in Ihrer neuen Rolle.
Ihre überdurchschnittlichen strategischen und konzeptionellen Fähigkeiten konnten Sie, bevorzugt in einer Unternehmensberatung, bereits unter Beweis stellen.
Sie verfügen über einen ausgeprägten Gestaltungswillen und haben Freude an der Initiierung und Begleitung von Veränderungen.
Mit der Weiterentwicklung und Positionierung von Teams auch in komplexen und dynamischen Unternehmensstrukturen sind Sie bestens vertraut.
Ein ausgeprägter Qualitätsanspruch sowie eine strukturierte, analytische, zielorientierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise zeichnen Sie aus.
Sie verfügen über eine hohe Kommunikations- und Durchsetzungsstärke bei unterschiedlichsten Zielgruppen.
Auch komplexe Projekte können Sie eigenverantwortlich zum Erfolg führen.Professionelles Auftreten auf allen Hierarchieebenen und Präsentationsstärke gehört zu Ihren Stärken.
