Role Overview

As the Head of Performance, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the performance of our company’s people, systems, and processes. You will work closely with Human Resources to review and improve performance metrics monthly, quarterly, and annually. This role is pivotal in driving Luupli’s commitment to operational excellence and ensuring that our organizational goals are met efficiently and effectively. You will report directly to the CEO.


Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement performance management strategies that align with Luupli’s mission and vision. Work with senior leadership to integrate these strategies into all organizational processes.

• Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Regularly monitor and analyze performance data across the organization. Identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement. Utilize performance management systems and tools effectively.

• Collaboration with HR: Partner with Human Resources to conduct regular reviews of employee performance. Provide input on performance metrics, feedback mechanisms, and development plans.

• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Work with various departments to streamline workflows and adopt new technologies.

• Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs aimed at improving performance across the organization. Focus on skill development, performance enhancement, and continuous learning.

• Performance Reviews: Oversee the performance review process, ensuring it is conducted effectively on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Provide support and guidance to managers in delivering constructive feedback.

• Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and report on performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement. Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and measure the effectiveness of performance initiatives.

• Employee Engagement and Support: Create initiatives and programs to promote a high-performance culture. Ensure all employees feel valued, respected, and motivated to perform at their best.

• Partnership and Collaboration: Cultivate relationships with external partners and industry experts to stay informed on best practices and trends in performance management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

• Proven experience (5+ years) in a senior performance management role, preferably in the technology or social media industry.

• In-depth knowledge of performance management best practices, tools, and methodologies.

• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement performance strategies that drive measurable results.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

• Analytical mindset with experience in data analysis and reporting.

• Commitment to Luupli’s mission and values, with a passion for driving positive change and creating a high-performance culture.


Compensation

This role is equity-based until seed funding is secured. Upon joining Luupli, you will receive equity in the company in exchange for your time and expertise. The role will transition into a full-time and paid position after seed funding, which is anticipated to occur later this year or earlier next year.
