Ihre Aufgaben:

Unsere komplette IT-Landschaft wird auf SAP migriert. Daher suchen wir daher Expert:innen, die gemeinsam mit den Team-Kolleg:innen unsere SAP-Landschaft erweitern.

  • Betreuung und enger Austausch: Sie arbeiten eng mit externen Dienstleister:innen, unserer Technik und den Expert:innen in der Anwendung zusammen. Dabei betreuen Sie das bzw. die von Ihnen präferierte(n) SAP-Modul(e).
  • Stabile Verfügbarkeit und Anwendersupport: Sie stellen zuverlässig die stabile Verfügbarkeit sicher und unterstützen die Anwender:innen bei Fragen und Problemen.
  • Customizing und Dokumentation: Sie passen die SAP-Module an die Anforderungen an und erstellen entsprechende Dokumentationen.
  • Systemseitige Abbildung der Geschäftsprozesse: Als interne:r IT-Partner:in arbeiten Sie mit den Fachabteilungen zusammen, um die Geschäftsprozesse systemseitig abzubilden.
  • Fachkonzepte und Umsetzung: Sie erstellen Fachkonzepte und begleiten deren Umsetzung, einschließlich Tests und Integration mit externen Dienstleister:innen.
  • Support und Optimierung: Sie kümmern sich um den Support von laufenden Fehlern und optimieren die Prozesse.
  • Schulungen und Workshops: Die Planung und Durchführung von Schulungen und Workshops ergänzen Ihr Aufgabenspektrum.
Ihr Profil:
  • Abschluss: Abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Betriebswirtschaft oder Ingenieurwissenschaften bzw. eine vergleichbare Ausbildung, z. B. zum/zur Fachinformatiker:in (für Systemintegration), Informationselektroniker:in oder Kaufmann/-frau für Digitalisierungs- oder IT-Systemmanagement
  • Berufserfahrung: Mehrjährige Berufs- und Projekterfahrung, gutes Know-how in Ihrem bevorzugten SAP-Modul (Betrieb, Entwicklung, Customizing). Idealerweise Einblicke in weitere der genannten Module, erste Praxiserfahrung in S/4HANA, ABAP, Fiori und/oder Cloud-Integration
  • Fachkenntnisse: Quereinsteiger:innen, die den Weg vom SAP-Anwender:in über einen SAP-Key-User:in zum SAP-Inhouse-Berater:in suchen, sind willkommen, Prozesskenntnisse in den jeweiligen Bereichen von Vorteil
  • Persönlich: Aufgeschlossen, kommunikativ und lösungsorientiert, Freude an der Schnittstellenarbeit, gute Deutschkenntnisse
