Worum geht´s?
Mit der brandneuen Gründung unserer Business Unit Compliance & Security haben wir uns das trojanische Pferd ins Haus geholt. Mit diesem Meilenstein der eigenen Compliance Inhouse Beratung ist es nicht getan, darauf wollen wir aufbauen und suchen DICH als Information Security Consultant (m/w/d).
In dieser Rolle bist du unser technische Experte bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung kundenspezifischer Security Lösungen und stehst unseren Kunden über den gesamten Prozess zu allen Aspekten der Informationssicherheit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Dabei weißt du, auf welche Sicherheitsstandards und Vorschriften unsere Kunden achten müssen und führst sie erfolgreich zu den entsprechenden Sicherheitszertifizierungen (z. B. ISO 27001 und TISAX). Du entwickelst auf Basis der Anforderungen passgenaue Informationssicherheits-Managementsysteme (ISMS) und bietest fortlaufende Unterstützung zur Sicherstellung, dass die Systeme stets den aktuellen Anforderungen entsprechen.
Darüber hinaus arbeitest du eng mit unserem Vertriebs- und Customer Success Team zusammen und setzt gemeinsam Up- & Cross Sell Möglichkeiten um.

Das wirst du tun:
- TRUSTED ADVISOR: Als vertrauenswürdiger Partner berätst du unsere Kunden auf Augenhöhe und entwickelt gemeinsam kundenspezifischen Security Lösungen.
- ENABLEMENT: Dabei begleitest du sie durch den gesamten Audit Prozess, sensibilisierst sie für alle wichtigen Vorschriften und stellst ihre erfolgreiche Zertifizierung sicher.
- CONSULTING: Du stehst unseren Kunden über den gesamten Prozess zu allen Aspekten der Informationssicherheit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite und erkennst potenzielle Sicherheitsrisiken frühzeitig.
- SALES: Daneben arbeitest du eng mit unserem Vertriebs- und Customer Success Team zusammen und setzt gemeinsam Up- & Cross Sell Möglichkeiten um.
- SHARING IS CARING: Du teilst dein Fachwissen mit deinen Kolleg:innen und fungierst für sie als Mentor:in, damit wir gemeinsam immer besser werden können.
Das wünschen wir uns von dir:
- Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen IT und Informationssicherheit sowie in kundenorientierten Funktionen wie Beratung, Projektmanagement, Kundenbetreuung o.ä. mit.
- Du hast Erfahrung mit Managementsystemen wie TISAX®️, ISO 9001, ISO 27001, SOC2.
- Du verfolgst die aktuellen Trends im Bereich IT und Informationssicherheit.
- Prozess- und kundenorientiertes Denken sowie ein Sinn für effizientes Arbeiten sind deine Stärken.
