About the Role

This pivotal role involves leading and expanding our Data Analytics and Business Intelligence department. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of designing and implementing advanced reporting systems, dashboards, and data-driven solutions to optimize our supply chain and improve overall business performance. This position requires a combination of leadership skills, technical prowess, and business insight to foster a data-driven culture and deliver strategic insights across the company.


Key Requirements:

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Russian.


Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and shape the company's analytics strategy using best practices and advanced technologies to boost business outcomes.
  • Act as the leader for the Enterprise Analytics team, providing data science support in a consultative fashion to key business partners and executives.
  • Lead a team of data analysts, engineers, and scientists, with potential team growth, driving excellence in data analytics and business intelligence.
  • Innovate and implement cutting-edge analytics, create impactful dashboards, and develop data-based solutions focusing on enhancing supply chain efficiency.
  • Promote continuous learning and development within the team, incorporating the latest analytics and business intelligence methodologies.
  • Work closely with senior management to harness data in driving business solutions and strategic decision-making.
  • Initiate and manage projects that provide data-backed insights to improve supply chain operations and overall business metrics.


Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • 5-7 years of leadership experience in data analytics or business intelligence, ideally within the e-commerce or automotive sectors.
  • Demonstrated leadership in using advanced statistical analysis and data-driven research to effect positive organizational changes.
  • Strong technical foundation with experience in developing reporting systems, dashboards, and predictive models.
  • Commitment to staying at the forefront of technology, including AI, NLP, data visualization, and more.
