Position: System Engineer (f/m/x)

Role Description: As a System Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in developing and maintaining the infrastructure to meet the evolving needs of the organization.

Your Tasks:

  • Develop and maintain the SysOps Monitoring System to address evolving organizational needs.
  • Administer internal and external DNS systems.
  • Manage physical infrastructure.
  • Oversee and enhance the oVirt Environment.
  • Manage storage systems efficiently.
  • Develop and execute a backup strategy.

What You Offer:

  • Proficiency in integrating computing systems, particularly in virtualization, storage, and networking.
  • Hands-on experience with KVM/QEMU virtualization, oVirt management, and storage systems from vendors like Pure Storage and Dell EMC.
  • Ability to write Ansible modules, manage deployments with Ansible, and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Git.
  • Experience with public cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and understanding of networking and storage models.
  • Strong knowledge of monitoring metrics, network technologies (including PXE, DHCP, TFTP, DNS, NTP), and scripting languages like Bash and Python.
  • Administration expertise in Routing and Switching, WiFi, authentication services, and AWS is a plus.
  • Fluent written and spoken English communication skills.
