Das sind Deine Aufgaben: Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für Installation, Betrieb und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unserer Backup-Lösungen Du administrierst und überwachst moderne Backup-Komponenten wie Rubrik, IBM Spectrum Protect, PowerScale sowie unsere Tape Library Gemeinsam mit internen Fachabteilungen und externen Partnern berätst Du unsere Kunden und entwickelst maßgeschneiderte Lösungen Du erstellst präzise Dokumentationen wie Betriebskonzepte, Lösungsdesigns und Systembeschreibungen Im Rahmen des Incident-, Problem- und Changemanagements bearbeitest Du Anfragen und Störungen und dokumentierst diese im Ticketsystem  Das bringst Du mit: Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder eine vergleichbare IT-Ausbildung mit mehrjähriger Praxiserfahrung Du bringst fundierte Kenntnisse in der Administration komplexer Backup- und Storage-Umgebungen sowie im Netzwerk-, Server- und Virtualisierungsumfeld mit Du hast Erfahrung in der ganzheitlichen Fehleranalyse im 3rd-Level-Support mit Schwerpunkt Backup Du zeichnest Dich durch analytisches und konzeptionelles Denken, eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten und schnelle Auffassungsgabe für technische Zusammenhänge aus Du bringst Teamgeist, eine strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Serviceorientierung mit Das erwartet Dich: Eine gelebte Du-Kultur und ein unternehmensweites Wir-Gefühl Regelmäßige After-Work Events und Betriebsfeste Individuelles Onboarding für neue Mitarbeitende mit übergreifenden Welcome-Veranstaltungen und einer Rechenzentrumsführung   Vielfältige Karriere- und Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten sowie externer Englisch- und Deutschunterricht JobRad und Fahrradstellplätze, ein subventioniertes Deutschland- und regionales JobTicket sowie eine sehr gute Anbindung an die Autobahn mit kostenlosem Parkhaus Corporate Benefits und Vergünstigungen im Dr. Oetker Shop Verschiedene Gesundheitsmaßnahmen (bspw.
