DEINE ROLLE - DAS WARTET AUF DICH

Du hast Erfahrungen in der Übersetzung der fachlichen Anforderungen an die Software-Entwicklungsteams gesammelt? Idealerweise kennst du die speziellen Anforderungen der Sicherheitsbehörden in Deutschland? BAO, KA, PIAV und ED sind dir bekannte Abkürzungen? Dann bist du bei adesso genau richtig
Du bist Schlüsselspielerin bzw. Schlüsselspieler für unseren Unternehmenserfolg und leitest von Beginn an komplexe Softwareentwicklungsprojekte. Dabei geht es nicht darum, das Projektgeschäft und die Mitarbeitenden im Projekt zu verwalten, sondern aktiv genauso wie zielstrebig zu entwickeln und effizient zu steuern.

Im Detail übernimmst du dabei folgende Aufgaben:

  • Projektkoordination und Management von einem oder mehreren Software-Entwicklungsteams der Sicherheitsbehörden in Deutschland
  • Strategische Kundenentwicklung und technische Begleitung von Vertriebsaktivitäten sowie Presales-Aktivitäten
  • Verantwortung für die Aufwandskalkulation und die Einhaltung der Termin- , Ressourcen- und Budgetpläne
  • Berichterstattung in den jeweiligen Steuerungsgremien
  • Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards durch die Anwendung eines effizienten Qualitäts- und Testmanagements
  • Schnittstellenmanagement zu Kunden, d.h. Kommunikation mit technischen und nicht-technischen Stakeholdern
DEINE SKILLS - DAS BRINGST DU MIT
  • Du hast bereits Erfahrung in technischer Leitung von kleinen bis mittleren Projektteams gesammelt, idealerweise mit den speziellen Anforderungen der Sicherheitsbehörden in Deutschland.
  • Du hast Programmierkenntnisse in einer oder mehreren objektorientierten Programmiersprachen als Software Developer oder Architect gesammelt.
  • Du besitzt die Fähigkeit, hochkomplexe technische Sachverhalte zu verstehen und einem technischen sowie nicht-technischen Publikum effektiv und verständlich zu vermitteln.
  • Agilität und klassisches Projektvorgehen nach Wasserfall, SCRUM und SAFe ist für dich bekanntes Terrain.
  • Lösungsorientiertes, strukturiertes Vorgehen in projektkritischen Situationen zählt zu deinen Kompetenzen
  • Weitreichende Erfahrungen im Qualitäts- und Testmanagement von Softwareentwicklungsprojekten runden dein Profil ab.
