Studienassistenz / Study Nurse (m/w/d)

Auf der klinischen Studieneinheit (CTU) werden klinische Prüfungen nach AMG und öffentlich geförderte Forschungsprojekte durchgeführt. Sie sind Teil eines erfahrenen, multidisziplinären Teams und arbeiten dabei in der Umsetzung der Studien mit. Die Mitarbeit umfasst die Betreuung von Studienteilnehmern im Rahmen von klinischen Studien nach internationalen und nationalen Qualitätsstandards (GCP).
- Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Studienvisiten mit studienspezifischen Befragungen und Untersuchungen (z.B. Vitalwerte, EKG) gemäß Studienprotokoll
- Entnahme, Aufbereitung und Versand von Blutproben
- Erhebung und Dokumentation von studienbezogenen Daten, (elektronische) Dateneingabe und -kontrolle
- Pflege der Investigator Site Files, Verwaltung und Archivierung der studienspezifischen Korrespondenz
- Kontakt und Terminkoordination mit Studienteilnehmenden
- Vor- und Nachbereitung der Studienvisiten und Begleitung von Schulungen, Initiierungen, Monitorbesuchen, Behördeninspektionen
- Korrespondenz mit Sponsorenvertretern und klinischen Monitoren. Teilnahme an studienbezogenen Fortbildungen bzw. Schulungen
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als medizinischer Fachangestellter (m/w/d), Gesundheits- oder Krankenpfleger (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Abschlüsse im Gesundheitsbereich, die einen direkten Kontakt mit Patient*innen oder Proband*innen beinhalten
- Berufserfahrung in der Durchführung klinischer Studien, idealerweise in der Organisation und Durchführung von AMG-Studien, sowie GCP-Kenntnisse wünschenswert
- Eine zertifizierte Ausbildung als Study Nurse ist wünschenswert, kann jedoch auch berufsbegleitend erworben werden
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Souveräner Umgang mit dem PC und Kenntnisse in der Standardsoftware
- Selbstständiges und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten mit Teamorientierung und Einsatzbereitschaft
