Ihre Perspektive:
- Verantwortung für den Kundenbereich in Frankreich und Irland
- Zuständigkeit für den Order-to-Cash-Prozess Ihres Kundenbereichs, einschließlich der vollständigen Abwicklung von internationalen Kunden- und Musteraufträgen (von der Auftragseingabe bis zur Rechnungserstellung)
- Erstellung, Prüfung und termingerechter Versand von Rechnungen unter Berücksichtigung steuerrelevanter Sachverhalte
- Pflege des Kundenkontakts und Hauptansprechpartner, um einen reibungslosen Kommunikationsfluss zu gewährleisten
- Durchführung des Monatsabschlusses für den betreuten Kundenkreis
- Lösung von Herausforderungen im Tagesgeschäft, z. B. bei Lieferverspätungen, Engpässen bei der Verfügbarkeit von Transportmitteln, fehlenden Transportdokumenten oder Fehldispositionen seitens der Kunden
- Bearbeitung von Kundenreklamationen und Retouren
- Erstellung von Gutschriften und Lastschriften
- Pflege von Verkaufspreisen und Kundenstammdaten (z. B. Versandanweisungen, variable Texte)
- Revisionsgerechte Archivierung von Unterlagen
- Prüfung und verursachungsgerechte Weiterberechnung von Logistiksonderkosten
- Überwachung von Zahlungseingängen in Einzelfällen
- Aktive Suche nach kosteneffektiven Lösungen für problematische Fälle und professionelle, serviceorientierte Zusammenarbeit mit Stakeholdern
